Happy 10th Anniversary!! We took a wonderful getaway to Napa Valley and San Francisco for a few days. We had fantastic weather and had such a great time too :) We stopped at a few vineyards, did some wine tasting, had a couples spa day, shopped, ate yummy food, had a picnic and had the times of our lives!! Thank you to our amazing friends who watched our kids (who also had a FUN time with their friends!!!)
