Spongebob Squarepants Party!!!

A new episode of Spongebob Squarepants premiered on Friday night, April 11th. It was called Spongebob's
'Pest of the West'. My friend, Yvonne, and I decided to make a party of this premiere and boy, did we have
a FUN time! We made 'square' sugar cookies and iced them yellow - put black licorice for legs and skittles
for eyes and a mouth. We had goodie bags with Spongebob toys from Burger King, Spongebob fruit snacks,
Spongebob wall crawlers, Spongebob deck of cards, and yellow and pink Playdoh (yellow for Spongebob and pink for Patrick).
Each child got their own Spongebob character stuffed toy and they ate Spongebob mac-n-cheese for dinner!!!
(along with hot dogs - no connection to S.B. there, sorry!)
Frankie is Trent's new school friend (pictured here in purple). She and her brother, Michael, along with their Mom, Yvonne,
joined us for this S.B. bash. Our little friend, Alex, (in orange) also enjoyed the big premiere with us! Thanks for all
of the fun guys!! Let's do this again sometime!

Shhhhh - Big Girl Sleeping ZZzzzzzz

This was Peyton's 1st night in her new 'Big Girl' bed. It went okay until she got up in the middle of the night
looking for me. She has no problems getting out of the bed and unfortunately, naptime seems to be a thing
of the past for now. At least she lays in her bed and reads books quietly. I'm happy with at least a little
down time and some quiet time for her too. Sweet Dreams, Peyton!

P.S. No comments on the empty bottle in the pictures too -- that's right, my baby is still on the bottle at 2 1/2 years old! Oh well, there are worse things she could be doing - and they'll only be little once!

Lindsey Madison's Easter Gift

So I couldn't come up with something to get our starving college
student for Easter. Then I saw this book and thought it was
perfect for the girl who can only afford Top Ramen!! We also
got her a chocolate Easter Bunny. We figured she could keep the chocolate bunny
in her fridge so on those stressful test days in school, she can just grab it,
bite it, and go! Happy Easter, Linz!

Lindsey's 1st Pet of her very own!

Meet Princess FIONA! Lindsey and I adopted her from Petsmart on March 1st. When the animal shelter found her, her fur was all matted and so they had to shave her body, leaving only her head and her tail fluffy. Therefore, we named her Princess Fiona (beautiful on the inside -- a little ogre looking on the outside!) Hee-Hee She is soooo soft and her coat is coming in nicely now! Lindsey has her at her condo, so she'll bring her by for visits occasionally. The kids miss her - She's the best! Enjoy her Lin!
